Bait trapping for butterflies in Kenya.

The effectiveness of bait trapping is analyzed for the equatorial rain forest butterfly fauna of the Kakamega Forest Reserve in Kenya, East Africa. The advantages and deleterious features of different trap constructions are discussed.
